Counselling and psychotherapy
Counselling and therapy can help to resolve upset feelings and unresolved grief, find better ways of coping and problem-solving, work through difficult life stages and come to terms with loss and change. The process can increase self-awareness and self-confidence, helping people to function better with renewed energy and zest for life. They are enabled to look forward to the future again, making plans and carrying them through.

What is the different between counselling and psychotherapy?
